At Nomad Bikers Club, we maintain a strict NO REFUND POLICIES under normal circumstances. However, in specific cases, we may approve refunds based on the following conditions:
1. Training Sessions
– If you cancel five days or more before your scheduled session, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
– If you cancel less than five (5) days before your session, you are eligible for a 60% refund.
– No refunds will be processed for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Participants are required to show up to all the sessions scheduled. If you do not show up on the day of training, this session cannot be compensated or refunded. No refund would be processed for the cancellation or no-show for rescheduled classes.
2. Getaway Programs
No refunds will be provided for cancellations related to our getaway programs, regardless of the notice period. If you decide to return back before our scheduled closing time, no compensation will be provided for what you missed.
3. Cancellations from Our Side
– In the rare event that Nomad Bikers Club cancels a session or program, participants will have the option to:
– Receive a full refund OR
– Transfer their registration to the next available session.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within two (2) weeks from the date of approval.
