Welcome to Nomad Bikers Club! We are committed to empowering women through motorcycle training, community building, and safe riding practices. By registering for training sessions with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
Registration & Training Fees
– Our training sessions are open to women aged 18 and above. For participants within the 16-18 age category, you are eligible to attend our sessions, provided if you are accompanied by your parent/guardian. In such cases, the parent/ guardian is assumed to agree to these terms and conditions if they choose to enroll you for our programs.
– Participants must complete the registration process and pay the required training fees (full or 50% part payment) before attending any session. This will help us organise our travel plans and the training sessions in a pre-planned manner.
Training and Safety Requirements
– Participants must reach the training venue promptly on time. Neither the management nor the training instructor is liable to repeat the theory session in case you miss it.
– Participants must attend safety briefings and adhere to all safety guidelines during training sessions and rides.
– Participants must wear appropriate protective gear, including helmets or riding gears as deemed required by the instructor.
– All training sessions will be conducted by experienced instructors, and participants must follow their instructions at all times.
– Those who do not comply with safety protocols may be asked to leave the training session without a refund.
Code of Conduct
– Participants must treat fellow riders, instructors, and the community with respect and courtesy.
– Any form of harassment, discrimination, or violence will not be tolerated and may result in being barred from future training sessions.
– Reckless or dangerous riding behavior is strictly prohibited.
– Alcohol and drug consumption before or during training sessions is strictly prohibited.
– The management reserves the right to ban any participant from our training events in the case of any bullying/ harassment of our trainers and if you violate our code of conduct by any means. These banned participants are not eligible for any refund.
Liability Waiver
– By participating in Nomad Bikers Club training sessions, participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with motorcycling.
– The club, its instructors, and affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during training sessions or rides.
– Participants agree to hold the club harmless against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from their participation.
– In the case of accidental falls, the management will only responsible for repairing the damages like lever breakages, scratches, small dents and damages of safety guards concerning the training bikes we provide you. Any major repairs of the motorcyle or any external vehicle crashed or third-party liabilities will be the full responsibility of the participants.
Privacy & Data Protection
– Nomad Bikers Club respects the privacy of its participants and will not share personal information without consent.
– Contact details may be used for communication and event notifications related to training.
– Any use of participant information beyond club activities will require prior approval.
– To support and encourage a growing population of women in motorcycling, the club might post your pictures or videos on social media. Please reach out to us if you want them removed or let us know in prior if you do not wish to be documented.
Amendments
– Nomad Bikers Club may update these terms and conditions at any time.
– Participants may or may not of any significant changes to this document. By signing up with us for our training programs, you agree to keep yourself updated with these terms and conditions.
– Continued participation in training sessions after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
By registering for a training session with Nomad Bikers Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
